Kembali


Akhirnye ade mase gak nak start again ngan act mingguan...and maybe akan tambah 1 lg...must buat everyweek....So, malam jumaat akan swimming...biasenye kat percint 16...n saturday morning kalau cuaca cerah nak jogging...huhu...semangat la konon...sejak2 badan dh makin tembun nie...kena la pakse diri nie skit...mula2 maybe liat2 skit kot...insyaallah akan okay...Chiayok2...
Tp yg tak best...konon nk diet nasi...tp dh 2 kali ahad pi pekena nasi kerabu kat Kg. Abu Bakar Baginda...kedai mokcik kelate...Dulu serius tak reti nak mkn nasi kerabu nie...n tak teringin pn nk try...tp sejak rase nasi kerabu kat tmpt nie..terus plak rase suka....sedap gak...suke2

Sabtu, bersama rakan2 join karnival BOH 80 kat zoo negara...so far okayla fun...dh lama tak participate dlm act2 mcm nie...so best gak..
